Terms of Use

What the score says and what it does not, what you may do with it, and how a brand asks for a correction.

Last updated: 19 September 2026

1. Who operates this site

This site is operated by LogBit, __business registration number__ __business address__. Contact: Amir, [email protected]. Using the site means accepting the terms below. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

2. What the service provides

Madaf Analytics is an information tool. It shows a numeric score between 0 and 100 for dietary supplements, according to a fixed and published rubric, and explains every point of that score. Use is free, with no sign-up and no payment.

3. This is not medical advice

Nothing on this site is medical, nutritional or pharmaceutical advice, a diagnosis, or a recommendation to take a supplement, stop one, or change any treatment. The score rates the product as a product — not its suitability for you.

In pregnancy or breastfeeding, under 18, with kidney or liver disease, before surgery, or while taking prescription medication, consult a doctor, pharmacist or registered dietitian before making any change. Do not use information on this site to delay seeking medical care or to replace treatment prescribed to you.

4. What the score is, and what it is not

The score is a professional assessment and an expression of opinion, derived from a rubric published in advance and applied uniformly to every product, on facts published publicly by the manufacturer, the retailer or the certifying body themselves.

The score is not a factual assertion regarding:

Where the site notes a gap between the marketing and the label, or an ingredient at less than the studied amount, that is a comparison between two public documents — not an allegation of fraud, deliberate deception or an offence. Every reader is invited to check the sources, which are linked on every line.

5. Accuracy and its limits

The site is provided as is. We do not warrant that the information is complete, accurate or current at any given moment.

6. Right of reply and correction — for brands, manufacturers and importers

If a figure about your product is wrong, we want to know and to fix it. The procedure:

  1. Send [email protected] the product name, the incorrect figure, the correct figure, and the evidence — a label photograph, a certificate of analysis, an official product page.
  2. We aim to acknowledge within 3 business days and to correct a factual error within 14 days of receiving the evidence. These are service targets we set ourselves, not a contractual undertaking.
  3. After a correction the score is recalculated automatically and the change is recorded in the product's log.
  4. If we disagree with the correction, we will explain in writing why — and we will publish your position alongside the card if you ask us to.

This right of reply is open to every brand, whatever score it received, at no cost.

7. Permitted and prohibited use

You may read, compare, and link to pages on this site. You may quote a reasonable extent with attribution and a link.

You may not:

8. Intellectual property

The rubric, the wording, the explanations, the design and the logo belong to the site's operator.

Brand names, product names and product or label images belong to their owners. They are shown to identify the product under discussion and for the purposes of criticism and review only, to the extent required for that purpose and at thumbnail size. Some images are loaded from the public NIH label database; some are a thumbnail copy of the product image from the retailer's product page, stored on our own server so that the visitor's IP address is not sent to a third party. A rights holder who believes an image or other content is displayed improperly is invited to write to [email protected] — we will remove it within 7 business days, without argument.

9. No user reviews

This site publishes no reviews, star ratings, endorsements or testimonials from users or “satisfied customers” — neither genuine nor otherwise. Every number on the site is computed from the rubric alone.

10. Links to other sites

The site links to external sources — studies, product pages, label databases. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

11. Limitation of liability

Use of the site is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site's operator will not be liable for direct, indirect, consequential or other damage arising from reliance on information on the site, from any inaccuracy in it, or from its unavailability.

Nothing here derogates from liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of the Tel Aviv district.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the version in force. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
